Id be willing to bet like just about literally every major city has some sort of rec department that includes swim classes for children, and Its extremely common

You have to actually, you know, give a shit about it and take your kids there, and But its clearly available

i feel like My parents sure as heck didnt shell out a ton of money to teach my siblings and I how to swim lmao
