Poland may be dysfunctional, but it's not really technologically backwards. If you want to mock a country don't use jokes that were timely in the early 90's. My house had a PC before I was born. Even dated jokes of polish dishwashers and Polish people steal are more funny and true.

Reminds me of an old polish joke.
A jewish woman is sleeping next to her jewish husband during ww2. He starts laughing in his sleep. She wakes him up and asks him "what's wrong."
