The president can be impeached and if he's impeached and convicted then his immunity no longer exists.
Its in the text of constitution and reinforced by Marbury vs Madison. Article three courts cant sit in judgment over a president.
How you feel about the law means nothing unless you work too change that law. If the majority of society agrees with you it wont be hard too do.

You misunderstand - repubicans argued he didn't need to be impeached for what he did in 2020 as the legal system would hold him accountable when he was out of office. Now the argument is "he can totally be impeached for that" lmao. they're creating a scenario in which there is no way to ever hold him accountable for anything at all.
Every judge is biased against him (even the ones he himself appointed, apparently.)

That's the most baffling thing about McCaskill's complaint. The New York Times spends far more time criticizing Republicans than Democrats and far more time praising Democrats than Republicans, but that's still not enough for her. In her mind, if a media outlet criticizes a Democrat or Democrats, even a little, it means they're in the tank for the GOP.
We saw the same thing recently with Jon Stewart's return to The Daily Show. One bad word about Biden, and the people that had been clamoring for his thoughts on the current situation turned on him.
@pizzashill and his ilk (white women) can complain about "the illusion of both sides" 'til they're blue in the face, but this particular brand of cult-like thinking really is ubiquitous among wingcucks.
