THOMAS'S
THE PROPER POSSESSIVE OF THOMAS IS THOMAS'S.
IDK why people have become so recently, but to form the possessive in English, you ALWAYS add 's EXCEPT when the noun ends in s AND IS PLURAL, in which case you just add the '. Unless Clarence Thomas is actually on the frontier of dom and secretly identifies as two people (he's transplural?) the possessive of Thomas is Thomas's.
