Reads like a pro-ESG propaganda piece. It becomes obvious when it overstresses how important ESG is to the financial sector (it isn't; it's "pro-ESG" stocks that are also sold in other bundles but this has a premium). It's a way of fleecing wokies and placating r-slurred government at a small cost passed onto those investors.
