Vaccine mandates for healthcare workers was worse for healthcare overall by creating labor shortages

Let's take our entire healthy workforce, and purposely drive a wedge in it by forcing people who don't get the jab out of work. What could possibly go wrong? Sure, your most talented and experienced people fled in droves to places that didn't implement these draconian policies, but at least your business is bankrupt on the right side of history!
