Democracy in America is being destroyed by judicial coup

elmo again being an absolute gigaretard

the president is more of a figurehead than a decider. this is intentional as the united states is a republic not a dictatorship

he is nothing like a ceo, the judicial branch has sole and absolute power too rule executive orders unlawful as according too the law which the executive is bound too execute. they do not have the power too execute law, they just limit the execution of law, that is their main purpose.

Nowhere in our Constitution is a single federal judge given absolute power over the President or the people of the United States.

bro hasn't read the damn constitution has he? they don't have absolute power. they can't tell a president what too do, they can only tell a president what not too do.

the judicial branch has fairly broad power too interpret law and tell the other branches too btfo, and that is by design

if u don't like it, u gotta get enough consensus too make a law by congress.

if the judicial is still telling u too btfo because constitution... then u gotta make an amendment, but we seem too have too lost the ability too do that, so tough on u

literally just said:

if the judicial is still telling u too btfo because constitution... then u gotta make an amendment

the us federal govt is intentionally a limited power govt, so the courts do have fairly broad power too tell others branch too btfo

The problem there is that the courts have already ruled the pres can in fact fire and hire with regards to federal agencies. Some picks have to be confirmed but overall, theres no basis for blocking the hires here.

Huh maybe they can appeal it instead of being a b-word :marseyhmmm:

>yeah bro we should totally need to appeal bullshit interference every time that it happens rather than hold a judge accountable for blatant disregard of agency law

>this will not be abused against political opponents and frick up the judicial branch at all tho, just let judges commit broad overreach unimpeded

They cant even justify why this had to be ex-parte instead of holding an actual hearing.

So does that mean a conservative judge could have just blocked all 500 something executive orders biden did or what

They could have, and did block some (e.g., student loan gibs). Despite all of the screeching from the left, conservative Supreme Court justices do take their jobs seriously and make rulings based on constitutionality and precedent. They aren't going to let a conservative president do whatever tf he wants just because he appointed them
