Exactly, the goal of conservatism is to help the rich at the expense of the poor. It's no wonder you are excited.

I don't get the complaint here. These wealthy parents have the right to send their kids to public schools if they want to, and that would also cost taxpayer money. Vouchers don't change the math unless the voucher amount is greater than the cost.

Is the argument that rich people should pay taxes but not get to use public services?

The undercurrent here, that people often don't like talking about explicitly, is that even if the school district spends the same amount of money per pupil on paper, having the rich kids leave the system means the public school system gets worse. I don't actually think it makes the other students worse tbh, but it brings the averages down, and then you're spending more money per pupil because the rich kids weren't actually soaking up the funding before, it's the poor/shitty kids doing that.
