The only IRL person I know with Trump Derangement Syndrome is on Twitter all day and has 3 kids.
It might have to with the fact she's a housewife though. By virtue of having kids you usually don't have time to spend online, so Vance is correct but if you have a lot of money and don't have to work that probably gets cancelled out so your unhinged tendencies can truly blossom.
