People (rightfully) pointed out how Biden's mind was deteriorating from age but Trump is also getting progressively more senile. I think he's been somewhat shielded because he's always gone off on bizarre tangents and made incoherent remarks but it just keeps getting worse and worse. Like how he keeps bringing up Hannibal Lector in speeches and trailing off and changing the subject before he explains why he's referencing him.
