You're a progressive. You want conservatives, especially the MAGA-brainwashed to vote alongside you? I'm sorry my (wo)man, but you are delusional.

They need therapy and empathy. It's not you, it's them. Extend an olive branch and watch it get thrown straight into a wood chipper. These people are actively cheering that the vulnerable and minorities are being targeted and harmed.

You want these people on your side? I don't. Let them reform themselves first.

They could start with "I'm sorry for challenging your right to marry who you love, because that was really shitty of my side and i know it scares you and those are your very real rights on the chopping block and the mere fact that it's happening makes you feel unsafe in your own country, where you live and where you thought you had community. I'm so sorry."

Maybe if i heard something like that i would be interested in getting them on my side. At this point i wish they'd just stay home.
