A couple of those commenters have some decent arguments. Namely the kid was going through elaborate means to cheat and make it appear like he was doing OK. And if you accept that dyslexia is a legitimate disability then you have to accept being disabled. It's the school's job to accommodate those disabilities, not overcome them, trying to sue because you're blind child didn't learn their colors would be absurd.

the fact that they was cheating shouldve been enough to disqualify them, butt I guess everyone is doing that now a days
