Give me some tips to reduce my hunger.

I like eating a lot but don't want to gain weight. I have to exercise a lot to maintain my current healthy weight.

Take a bath/shower.

Always take your vitamins.

Watch fat people eat.

Listen to loud music.

Tapping your foot all the time can burn calories
