Thinking of doing the eat-every-other-day diet

I'm technically still underweight but have soooo much body fat that I need to lose until I am finally happy with myself.

I already do omad so all it would change is making it omtd lol

I do intermittent fasting sometimes. Like once everyother week ill have a no or low calorie day. That said there is no way that you are simeltaneously underweighy, butt need to lose more body fat. If you want the appearance of less body fat you should up your protien and veg intake and do some body weight exercises. If you just try to starve the fat our of you, youll end up looking like shit/frick up your health.

I'm not worried about my health lol, I drink a lot of zero calories mineral and vitamin water and most food with protein gross me out but sometimes I have some pistachios so I get at least some protein

im sorry to hear that. If you dont care about your health your body will probably reflect that. Wouldnt you like to know what your body looks/feels like when your in prime shape. Wouldnt it be nice to know the full extent of the anti-depression/cognition enhancing benefits exercise can cause? I think you should try being healthy for shits and giggles and see how you like it.
