It's kinda the worst of both worlds imo, after 36 hours of fasting I'm gucci no weakness no hunger, can go literal weeks! But before then hungry weak shitty. You might be different but for me at least 1 day on/off w/ OMAD was perfect torture lol. I'd go with the snake juice and do a few days on/off at least if you really wanna commit to the no food lifestyle but that's just me

I do intermittent fasting sometimes. Like once everyother week ill have a no or low calorie day. That said there is no way that you are simeltaneously underweighy, butt need to lose more body fat. If you want the appearance of less body fat you should up your protien and veg intake and do some body weight exercises. If you just try to starve the fat our of you, youll end up looking like shit/frick up your health.
I'm not worried about my health lol, I drink a lot of zero calories mineral and vitamin water and most food with protein gross me out but sometimes I have some pistachios so I get at least some protein

Wouldnt it be nice to know the full extent of the anti-depression/cognition enhancing benefits exercise can cause? I think you should try being healthy for shits and giggles and see how you like it.
5'9" 150lb, 9%-11% body fat. I eat whatever and however much I want, I do maybe 5k steps a day so pretty sedentary and don't exercise. Just eat once a day and snack on nicotine and caffeine like me.
Idk I've never weight myself and haven't been to a checkup in years, last time I got my meds refilled they mentioned I was underweight though and I gave then the whole speal about how I'm working on it.
I go off of how much bones/veins I can see in my wrist and how far my hip nones protrude lol

Of all the people (and "people") who use this site, carp's posts are the ones that fill me with the most dread. Why? Because every fricking time this shithead posts anything it's completely arbitrary whether he's serious or not.
