Thinking of doing the eat-every-other-day diet

I'm technically still underweight but have soooo much body fat that I need to lose until I am finally happy with myself.

I already do omad so all it would change is making it omtd lol

Thoughts proana besties?

5'9" 150lb, 9%-11% body fat. I eat whatever :marseyjerkoffsmile: and however much I want, I do maybe 5k steps a day so pretty :marseyglam: sedentary and don't exercise. Just eat once a day and snack :marseyladybughungry: on nicotine and caffeine like me.
