Thinking of doing the eat-every-other-day diet

I'm technically still underweight but have soooo much body fat that I need to lose until I am finally happy with myself.

I already do omad so all it would change is making it omtd lol

Thoughts proana besties?

That's a good idea if you can reduce :marseyrecycling: the total number of calories you eat over two days while feeling the same. Try it both ways and see!
