Edit2: I'll categorize this list by activity and create sub-categories later today and probably add to it over time. I put it together so it'd be easier for people to find fun fringe drama or otherwise be entertained. Enjoy!
Please comment if you have others to add to the list. I bit off more than I can chew because apparently there's thousands of these, so I omitted ones that were boring, inactive, and/or redundant.
General or Misc Fringe
New Age
Paranoid/Classic
Religion, Politics, & Conspiracy (aka BORING)
Occult
Scientific & Historical
Lifestyle

What is that sub supposed to be? It's so topically disorganized. Added, thanks!

Hahaha you're kinda scary and piercing the conventions in a way a single paragraph of a random article of @sirpingsalot is scary, hahaha.

/r/sorceryofthespectacle is where the most lucid of my kind gathered back in the day, and at its peak had more of us than any gathering in history or so I presently believe. the fear I am communicating is deliberate, and my own. Not of SotS itself, as I've been low-key spreading Debord and/or /r/sorceryofthespectacle by namedropping it here since the beginning; as I said, it's the most lucid, and therefore has more utility to the random passerby walking the psychogeographic trails of the Internet.
but as I was trying to communicate @snallygaster, the inactive and/or quiet fora are the most occluded and therefore the most powerful. those who studied the sorcery of the spectacle didn't stop at /r/sorceryofthespectacle and I have no idea what all of us went off to do, I can only say that the list snally has found (being a general compendium of -- though I don't like the term -- neurodivergence) misses the catacombs that I am barely comfortable even alluding to. it's not that if you would go there your sanity might be annihilated, it's that I don't really know or understand what they're for but someone was throwing deep magic around and I don't even dare risk feeding it directly. (If you find something now it's on your own initiative, and I've warned you enough.)
/r/SoulNexus wasn't us but is a heavy hitter IMO, /r/gematria is likely potent though I've stayed away from that sort of thing, but the rest of the list is probably too mainstream to be of much interest. /r/occult is the most straightforward starting point in some ways. oh and /r/C_S_T is in a weird combination of pseudointellectuals and enlightened discourse.
One snally missed: /r/shruglifesyndicate is probably the most based, being a support group of crazy for crazy and run by some of the OGs. They've even been featured on rdrama before.

Some people are able to display their intelligence by going on at length on a subject and never actually saying anything. This ability is most common in trades such as politics, public relations, and law. You have impressed me by being able to best them all, while still coming off as an absolute idiot.

it is, and it is in a certain psychogeographical sense a shrine to St. Debord
