Reasons:
You as a male have all the advantages necessary to be doing better than a foid in life.
The only thing you need to do to look good is be fit. The moment you are fit 95% of moids will be considered attractive. Shredded manlet is proof of this. For foids it's hot or bust and the bust isn't reversible.

Men are physically stronger.
Men when they put in actual effort are also more charismatic, less insane, and smarter.
