Jordan McSweeney, 29, admitted killing and sexually assaulting the 35-year-old law graduate in Ilford, east London, in a late-night attack in June.

There is just so much wrong here, but I can't quite figure out what.

I get that a lot of people think of transitioning as just another self-harm subgenre of gore. We all cringe at the weird S&M crazies who post vids of themselves cutting off their peepee and/or scrotum. But I think there is a lot more nuance to the amazingly brave trans people who cut off their peepeees as an unproven experiment in self-help/identity-deformation.
