A call between Hamas guys talking about it being an Islamic Jihad rocket was released by the IDF.
Also the hospital is still standing. it was just a fire in the parking lot from the rocket fuel.
Rocket debris matches that of an Islamic Jihad rocket and not a Israeli one.

As for Mosad tapping phones, I'd bet you good money they 'tap' (ie. intercept) virtually every phone call in the the Gaza strip, and have done so for a long time, it's not some science fiction capability, the US intercepts most of the calls made in the south pacific/south east asia from Pine Gap in Australia, for automated analysis.

Israel said to evacuate before they bombed it, it got bombed, Israeli officials took credit on behalf of Israel and dropped it as soon as the narrative became the Hamas did it. A week after they announced they were going to kill everyone in Gaza.
People are independently comparing the footage to older videos from 2022 and 2019.
It's also impressive the Palestinians struggle to do this much damage in a single attack when they successfully reach Israel, but suddenly kill hundreds when their middle falls. Or gets intercepted. Or whatever it is now.

Has anyone other than the Israeli government--which is not physically in Gaza--and other direct Israeli allies determined that the Islamic Jihad was responsible?
My understanding is the theory is the hospital was used to store munitions and a rocket accidentally ignited them, explaining a higher level of damage. I suppose it's possible, but it seems kinda close to cartoon logic considering the well established weakness of Palestinian rockets. I have also not seen or heard anyone describe actual evidence that the hospital had weapons.

I hope it's not true, but the headlines today are the same as yesterday. Traded accusations of blame.
Occam's razor led me to infer that the power that is currently flattening Gaza with a WWII-style mass bombing campaign might have been the one responsible for the blast. If this turns out to have been a freak accident caused by jihadists, or a propaganda op, I'll acknowledge that, but this does not somehow erase the ongoing indiscriminate Israeli attacks on civilians that already far exceed the damage done by Hamas.
