Require any person to furnish any information within his knowledge
Demand that any person provide his or her name and address and other proof of identity

Singapore is based, they still have caning for many crimes. 3 to 12 strokes for men aged 18 to 60 or something like that. Its pretty brutal, any more than 3 and youre probably gonna have significant permanent damage
