You can't have full taskbar "text and icon" anymore, just icons. They might reimplement it in a future build but for now your only option is the "combined" default from 10.
I absolutely hate having 4 different Explorer/Edge windows be represented by a single icon in the taskbar. I want an immediate text identifier, no extra clicks. I'm a busy man.

It's so dumb. They redid the Explorer desktop code from scratch and just didn't have time to finish coding the ability to have text labels in your taskbar.
I guess as of about 2 months ago they finally got it working. Maybe I'll see if my apps work in 11 like they should. If i upgrade 10 to 22H2, Fusion/Cura refuse to launch. No errors, no logs. The process is created and terminates two seconds later.
