I mean guys, if you can't even do Leetcode so called "hard", the industry probably isn't for you and you should go off and work in manufacturing or something else more suited to your mental abilities...

every engineer I know still does training to stay current, but the point of the degree is there's supposed to be opportunity on the other side of it, otherwise these people would just get an easier major like English or whatever
