Who has ever said these two things together?
Ukrainians are a real ethnicity, and they're absolutely not subhuman. Ukrainian nazi larpers that have gotten into power since 2014 - surely are subhuman. But they aren't an ethnic, or even a linguistic (all of them are native russophones) group...
