US spends as much on Ukrainian aid as yearly average over 20 years of Afghanistan, 1/3 of height of Iraq War, 1/16 of Korea etc.
Economic issues come almost entirely from covid lockdowns aftermath, too much new spending (infrastructure act) and enviromentalist agenda aggressively pushed by Biden's regulators.

Look at how many precious metals all these countries are buying up. Tbf to Brandon, this economic down turn was happening whether he’s installed, or not. Them printing all this money for Covid and Ukraine was always gonna cause this, they knew it would tax the middle class. They simply don’t care, it feels like they are all getting while the gettings good rn. Feels like something major is gonna happen in two weeks.
Geopolitically speaking the US has already won. Even in the worst case scenario of Russia completely controlling Ukraine the US doesn't really come out any worse and both countries will be too exhausted to pose an immediate threat.
Best case for the US is Russia just barely managing to take control of the territory they claim with massively depleted resources (more or less the current trajectory).
