Naw, this is probably gonna be it for Bakhmut, unironically. Ukraine should have withdrawn at least a month ago, if not earlier, so this has been a long time coming.

I think the actual city proper has ready been lost and they're withdrawing from the western sectors of the theater, so technically it already fell. It's all so muddled, which is why I don't bother with concrete timelines.

Maybe I read that Ukro forces are confined to the western portion. I stopped paying close attention to this dumb town over a month ago. The writing was already on the wall for it going into 2023. When Ukraine lost that salt mine things started to really turn for them, iirc.
