That's elaborate version of "no data" that most maps now show Ukraine as. It's hella hard to collect any statistical data about a country that's partially occupied, partially fought over, partially bombed, and under martial law and what not.

And yes, "second army in the world" failed to defeat a shithole with half GDP per capita of Botswana. :marseydicklet:

It was partially occupied, fought over and bombed since 2014 though :marseyhmm:

There wasn't really any fighting and borders were constant.

They also have Ethiopia's page up despite their civil war :marseyhmm:

From what I can see it isn't really based on emissions or any hard metric like that, its based on those action plans countries submit at COP and stuff.

So Ukraine's page should literally be the same as their archived one.

I daresay a war that cuts ~30% of your GDP and places your electric grid under constant attack affects emission metrics somewhat

But this isn't about emissions it's about plans for future mitigation.

Even worse, nobody knows how long this war will last and how much (and in what manner) Ukraine will be rebuild after

Sure but there's no reason to substitute out the page lol. As the opening para on Ethiopia's page shows, it isn't standard operating procedure in case of war.
