I know that before I launch a counteroffensive, I make sure to let the enemy know exactly how strong it is and what materiel it comprises via twitter. It's mentioned in Chapter 4 of 'On War' by Clausewitz.

There was 4 direction they could launch it, in the northern but they lost it in October last year, than bakhmut that they legit tried it couple of weeks ago but failed and now Russian control that front comfy, than Kherson but they don’t have tech for it. So just souther one but it also has problems russian fobing the cities/town where khohols try to hide their soldiers
Ukraine officials told multiple time in last 2 weeks, spring counteroffensive is canceled but western media don’t want hype to die.
