Ukraine has 8 million men hiding inside Ukraine from being drafted. That's what Arestovitch been telling. So theoretically Ukraine has men but they don't want to fight so practically Ukraine has no men power to fight. Also many Ukrainian men that went training in France run away from military bases and are somewhere in EU as illegal emigrants and that's exactly what will happen if EU tries to send them back.
Think logically if some 38 year old Ukrainian man wanted to fight for Ukraine would he been waiting 3+ years for EU to deport him ?
