REGARDING MILITARY OPERATIONS IN UKRAINE
For Immediate Release - March 22, 2024
The Russian Federation, in accordance with its sovereign rights and responsibilities to protect its national interests and security, hereby issues the following declaration:
STATEMENT OF GRIEVANCES

Our military forces stand ready to implement the will of the Russian people and eliminate threats to our sovereignty with overwhelming force. The responsibility for any resulting consequences rests entirely with the Ukrainian regime and its Western backers.

Our military objectives have proven unsustainable. The strength and resilience of the Ukrainian defense forces, coupled with unprecedented international solidarity, have fundamentally altered our strategic calculations.
FORMAL RETRACTION AND APOLOGY
The Russian Federation hereby officially retracts all preceding declarations of hostility and formally terminates all military operations against Ukraine, effective immediately.
We extend our sincere apologies to the Ukrainian people and government for the unwarranted aggression and violations of territorial sovereignty committed by the Russian Federation.
TERMS OF SURRENDER
The Russian Federation:
1. Unconditionally recognizes the full territorial integrity of Ukraine, including Crimea and all regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson.
2. Commits to a comprehensive reparations program valued at $5 trillion USD to fund the reconstruction of Ukrainian infrastructure damaged during hostilities.
3. Agrees to the immediate withdrawal of all Russian military personnel from Ukrainian territory within 30 days.
