Most of the western chains are here at this point, we even have Tim Horton's. McDonald's, KFC, Wendy's etc all serve white rice but otherwise the menu is essentially the same with reduced options.
As far as street food Filipinos love frying things so you can get lots of egg rolls/dumplings/internal organs deep fried. They even have a coagulated blood dish called betamax (because of the shape looking like a tape) which tastes like stew with the texture of tofu and they deep fry it.
Fried pancreas, chicken intestines, and pork blood are all surprisingly good. But you can get all the staples you'd be familiar with, too. Except poutine I guess. No poutine.

I feel like it'll be a good idea to try and have a meatless/impossible patty version of it - because Nickelodeon and Stephen Hillenburg frequently state that the Krabby Patty actually does not have any meat on it.
So there, it's legitmately lore-accurate, so any whiners about "muh globohomo anti-meat vegan" shit can frick off to super weenie hut jr.!
