They really should hire me as a director of that facility, I would use my position to answer actually hard-pressing questions, such as:
What would happen if you stick your peepee in it?
What happens if you dump the entire country's power grid into the accelerator?
Can you tracelessly dispose of your rivals via matter-antimatter annihilation?
What happens if you cut into it while it's running?
Does the presence of crucifixes or stars of David in the facility significantly affect its operation?
