Not really tbh. Arabic commentators do iirc but we watched :marseydeux: TV more when I was spending the summer abroad and I don't remember them being as dramatic either

This is the official FIFA stream here in Brazil, you can even hear one of the commentators start to scream "puta que o pariu" literally "whore that birthed you" before his mic is cut out lol
