Fair, but unlike the fats she takes it on herself to make herself look good rather than just its society thats wrong if she isnt attractive. Also not being fat takes effort, maybe that effort she puts into not being fat is part of her insecurity, but at least the outcome is positive.

I'm not saying she looks great, but at least she isnt going to offend the senses when she leaves home versus the people she is commenting on who through lazyness are still insecure, but rather than fix themselves its society that needs to pretend that
