It doesn't happen often in pros, but if the catcher drops the ball on a 3rd strike you can steal 1st. Happens in LL all the darn time though. So in the HS shit the catcher fricked up and allowed the dude to steal 1,2,3 and home also allowing a kid who was already on base to come in. And thus lost because he was a dumbass.
