Sensitivity training is such a dystopian concept. The idea that you should be sensitive to other people is an opinion/normative concept. I don't like the idea of teaching opinions.

So you know how when children grow up and in their teenage years they have a rebellion phase? All your policymakers are the children who never had a rebellion phase so they always happily lived their entire lives as children.
