I actually have no idea. I'd guess she's going for a sexism angle since he's saying foids shouldn't commentate men's sports, not just that she specifically is shit at her job, but it's not illegal to be sexist.

Malicious Communications would be a criminal matter, and afaik would only apply if he'd sent something to her directly. The Equality Act only applies to employers, public authorities, etc. It also can't be defamation because what he's saying is true.

Joey Barton is right about this. And that's coming from someone who hates Joey Barton. Not because of his off-field antics, but rather because he got sent off against City in the last game of the 2011-2012 season, which culminated in the "Agueroooooooooo" goal and City beating United to the title. :marseyraging:
