"Somebody I don't like" who is partially responsible for the death of dozens of kids because he led a campaign against measles vaccinations in Samoa. And he's doing the same all over the US now with measles outbreaks happening in Texas for example. Kids are dying directly because of his actions and even those who survive might have lifelong issues from the infection
