Women are awful at effectively communicating, both in personal and professional relationships.

They just never shut the frick up, and many are literally incapable of thinking in a way that doesn't revolve around themselves.

So the take away becomes that they "communicate" more and have more empathy.

The issue with so many women is the propensity to bear a grudge deeply and into eternity. One woman makes an offhand remark to another at work on a lunchbreak and that women may smile and laugh, but she'll seethe all day, rant to her boyfriend/husband about what that b-word at work said, and then quietly and persistently undermine that woman for the rest of the time they share a workplace, and she'll make an effort to turn the other women against her as well, just to make it all that more personal and ugly.

Women are honestly fricking horrible to each other especially.
