I totally understand why you would be upset with your friend - I really do. But please give her some grace because as you get older, and possibly even become a parent yourself, you may view things very differently. Sweetheart, your father groomed your friend and although she may not yet realize it, she is very much a victim of this man's self-centered, hedonistic narcissism, just as you are. He wants what he wants and no one else matters. She was VERY much still a child when he began the grooming and she will need therapy as much as the rest of you because of his actions, I promise. What she is saying in his favor now is because of the damage he has already done to her mind.
