I could hazard a guess and say that if my reasoning is correct, traditionally women didn't need to worry about financial independence or financial stability because the husband would take care of that and could be affecting the numbers. I could also point out that women tend to go after older men and could factor into why zoomer men are still off the table for them.
You'll notice the higher educated someone is, the less-likely it is they'll be single according to this graphic.
It could also be as simple as zoomer men are repulsive like twox says
