I'm one of those women who grew up watching their mom only eat salads and "diet foods" like cottage cheese and "lowfat" yogurt and "100 calorie snack packs.”

I don't understand how people live with themselves as fatties. I've never had food so good it's worth being a disgusting and in pain hambeast for.

She didn't even list any shitty foods that her mom ate…

The low fat yogurt I get is just 2% milk instead of whole milk.
