Minnesota for example. During the St. George Riots a pawn shop owner killed someone when his business was threatened with looting or arson and he got charged with first degree murder because the law states "you let your shit get burned or looted for the BIPOCs unless it is your home"
edit: I guess they didn't advertise not charging the pawn shop guy because they made a big fuss when he was arrested. Apparently after being arrested and a 6 month investigation he wasn't charged. Seems like he actually had a gun pulled on him..
