Post-partum depression is a thing but lmao on calling it common. At the most expansive definition of it, it includes about 1 in 10 women at most. A non-insignificant count but this can include foids who are sad for 2 weeks. Post-partum psychosis and rage specifically happen in less than 1 in 100,000 cases.
