I am 15 pounds overweight and it sucks. How do you even function when you're 100 or more pounds overweight? How do you even get that fat to begin with?

I was at a BMI of exactly 25 and felt the effects of being fat, and now that im back to a good weight at about 22BMI i feel so much healthier, even though i havent gotten more active, just cut down on eating, it has really solidified my hate of fatties. Ive glimpsed into the abyss and seen what horrors it holds, and I have stepped back. Theres no excuse to plunge into it, and it is a pure lie to pretend as if being overweight doesnt affect your physical health and mobility.

Food

When I was overweight I noticed a substantial drop in quality of life every 10 lbs. I assume you get used to it… there is no greater freedom then not being fat
