No, being rightly surprised that suddenly women's suffering in prison is important to ameliorate when men's suffering is the point of putting them in jail. Calling out double standards, not just for the benefit of women

I did a day working with some prison staff and they all told me how much easier it was to work in a male prison than a female one, and the people telling me this were all women. Male prisons obviously have more violence but the day to day drama and emotional neediness was exhausting
