Woman gets legally evicted, wants to sue for EMOTIONAL DAMAGE

I can only imagine what she is leaving out of the story here that would cause the grandparents to go from “we will solve it” to “holy crap change all the locks immediately and f them kids”.

Off topic but discussion in the thread got me interested in the first time somebody was sued for emotional distress and I found this
