Well the coke thing does strain suspension of disbelief a bit, but...
interview with the "CEO" makes sense if it's a 20 person small business. Less so if it's a 20 thousand person multinational.
I've visited offices that had free booze, and didn't mind if people drank a bit in the afternoons or on Fridays or with lunch.
rented office space makes sense if they're relatively small
I know of a company where people would fairly openly use their smoke breaks to smoke pot (in a state where it's illegal). This is a different company than the "free booze" one.

I could see this being "real" as far as some r-slurred fake job, some multilevel marketing or fake model service or telemarketer sweatshop where he tries to scam them at least if he can't frick them. All sorts of scheisters meet poors in shitty one day offices and out in public or at elevated goyslop restaurants and act like bigshots and the poors will talk about it like "I was doing a business deal." It distantly reminds me of the 2 black dudes who got arrested at starbucks meeting that dude for a "real estate opportunity" or something.
Probably fake though, biggest tell is she got all those pictures with the dude absent, left his credit card sitting there.
