(I didn't read anything in the thread, just the title )

A good friend and I recently talked about this at length; how men will stick it out in a mid relationship because the QoL that daily kitty gives is insanely high

Even if your girl is average in every way, getting laid every single day (with a person you've presumably been with for many months/multiple years, meaning you've experimented) is infinitely better than going back on the contemporary "dating market"

I had literally this exact thing from the OP thread during covid; a frick buddy turned into a relationship at the very start of covid because I think we both realized that we wouldn't be meeting any new people for the foreseeable future but in mid-2022, when lockdowns and hysteria had mostly quieted down, she broke it off because I was completely coasting the entire time (didn't want to date her, just wanted to frick 3 times a day for as long as possible )

Point is, the relationship was "good enough" because I didn't give a frick, she was a fwb that was nice and was cute and wanted to frick a lot, but I would never marry her. I guarantee it's the same in the vast majority of the relationships described in the thread.

This is also why (anecdotally) me and my friend agreed that men almost always get broken up with, not the other way around; daily kitty is simply too good to let go. Unless the b-word is literally batshit insane and ruining your life, it's easier to just stick it out and keep smashing
